The HRJR Family Charitable Trust builds upon this rich legacy, continuing the tradition of giving back and investing in the well-being of Palakurthi. Smt. Jhansi Reddy's contributions include the generous donation of land and construction of the Government Hospital in Thorrur, the construction of Government High Schools in Cherlapalem, Kachikal, and Mulugu villages, another school in Solipet (Nalgonda district), and the establishment of a Community Hall in Gopalagiri. Additionally, a library was constructed in Madhira, Khammam district.
